Welcome to Pacific Pectin, Inc., family owned and operated for the past 25 years.  We offer various bulk pectin with a “user friendly” approach whether used for standard, low, or no sugar applications.  We can supply dry powdered pectin, liquid pectin, and custom mixes as well as other specialty food ingredients/supplies.  Our products may be used in  but certainly not limited to: jams/jellies, confectionery, bakery products, fruit preparations, beverages, syrups and nutraceutical applications.  Our facility can also provide custom dry ingredients blending  with production up to 15,000 lbs. per day.
