You will notice that we pay shipping on our Specialty Blend Pectin's. This is our way of saying "Thanks" for trying our signature products.
We ship via UPS ground for orders within the continental US.
UPS will not deliver to a post office box so please make sure to enter a physical address.
For Alaska and Hawaii, we ship via USPS flat rate.
Please contact us directly to place your order and get shipping costs. We ship via USPS flat rate for most International orders. Either give us a call or email us your order.
"HELP" I NEED MY ORDER ASAP!
If you’re in a "jam" and need your order rushed to you, don't fret. Just give us a call with your shipping needs. We will be happy to expedite shipping for additional charge.
All sales are final however, we know things happen. If you have a concern, give us a call.

* I ordered the wrong product by mistake, can I switch it? You bettcha! Call us or send us an email with the product you want. We’ll get back with you on any questions.
* I put the wrong shipping address on my order, is it too late to change it? Absolutely not! Call us or send us an email with your order information and the correct address, and we will get it directed to the right place.
* I'm just not sure which product to get. We’ll help you figure that out, just give us a call.
